Refund policy

At The Freak Co, we want you to love what you ordered! However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility for Return: You may return most new, unworn, and unwashed items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Gift cards
    • Final sale or clearance items
    • Items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page (for example, swimwear or underwear for hygiene reasons)
  • Condition of Returns: Items must be in the same condition as when you received them: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and original packaging still attached. Please ensure the item is properly packed to avoid any damage during return shipping.

How to Return Your Item

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at info@thefreakco.com or use our Contact Us page with your order number and the items you would like to return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Shipping the Return: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  4. Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

  • If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return procedure above, and once we receive your returned item, we will ship the exchange to you at no additional cost.
  • If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, you will be offered a refund or store credit instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Damaged/Defective Items: If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item, and we will send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
  • Wrong Item Received: If you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a free return and send you the correct item at no extra charge.

Sale or Discounted Items

  • Items purchased during sales or with discount codes are still eligible for returns within the 14-day window as long as they meet our return conditions (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached). However, please note that sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless your item is defective or incorrect.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen during shipping. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, and consider adding shipping insurance to your order at checkout.
