Pre-order Items: If your order contains pre-order items, please refer to the product page for the expected shipping date. The shipping of the entire order will be delayed until all items are in stock, unless otherwise specified.

5. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, certain factors such as carrier delays, weather, and customs processing may cause delays. Unfortunately, The Freak Co is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or any other factors beyond our control.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your order is marked as "delivered" but you did not receive it, please check with your neighbors or local postal service. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at info@thefreakco.com within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@thefreakco.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will assess the situation and offer you a replacement or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders)
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country's import regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address information. 9. Shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We currently ship to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses. However, please note that some shipping carriers may not deliver to these addresses, or additional shipping delays may occur.
